What are the best foods to eat for weight loss?

I have read that to lose weight more efficiently, one should eat 5-6 small meals per day instead of 3 big ones. What are the best foods to eat at these small meals to keep me from getting too hungry and promote weight loss?

  3. try not to drink soda - it causes hunger.

otherwise, stick to unprocessed foods as they are easier on the digestive system as well as quite often being healthier.

I drink those special k protein shakes in the morning and it keeps me full under 200 calories. Maybe a small portion of grilled chicken, a veggie salad, yogurt, fruit, brown rice, beans, etc. Try eating every 4 hours to give your body time to burn what you ate.

  5. Try eating foods..especially vegetables that are high in fiber and proteins. These are excellent for helping you to feel full longer. I have found that just picking at foods instead of eating meals helped to curb my appetite tremendously. Lean meats such as deli hams, turkey and chicken are also great. Fruits are good for you as far as helping to build your immune system and giving you the vitamins that your body needs, but are not favorable for diet foods because they are full of carbs and natural sugars that tend to turn to fat. Veggies before fruit is an excellent rule. Just remember that dieting is very hard no matter what you are eating. It takes alot of self control and can be dangerous to you as well. Find a good diet that suits you and if you fail….don’t beat yourself up…just try something different.

Cucumber and drinking water can reduce water retention.

    Avoid using salad dressings.
Use honey not sugar, honey is easily burn by the body.
Use lemon with vinegar, lemon is high in vitamin.
vinegar helps to reduce the grease in our stomach.
Pepper, especially black is good in our body to burn fuel.

soy milk low in fat and help in reducing body blood sugar level.
