I work out but i was curious as to what foods would help promote weight loss. I know that foods high in fibre are ideal but what else would help the process?

There’s no "magic" food that will promote weight loss to my knowledge. I know you’ve all heard this too many times but honestly ; the trick is to eat healthy. I’m talking a healthy well balanced diet. Eat 6 smalls meals a day rather then 3 large ones. Make vegetables & fruit your main food group in each meal as well as lean protein such as chicken, fish or tofu. DRINK WATER. Seriously, limiting or even cutting out your intake of sugary high calorie drinks can make a HUGE difference. Try to drink about 2 litres of water each day. Keep working out and get plenty of sleep, about 8 hours a night is best. Do this and you should see an improvement.
Don’t be scared to reward yourself with a treat once in a while, a little chocolate never hurt anyone!
Always be positive and love yourself no matter what !
