What is the best weight loss supplement?
I have been working on losing weight to become healthy. I have started a very nice exercise and diet plan (i.e. lifestyle change). I have lost 20 pounds so far. However, I would like to speed that process up or at least give it a push, especially with the holidays coming around. What is the best weight loss supplement out there that will give me a boost in my efforts? Thanks.
I’m sure you’ve heard of the thermogenics like Hydroxycut. I used to work at GNC and Hydroxycut Hardcore was our #1 seller by far. The other forms of Hydrodxycut were not far behind. If you already have diet and exercise down, I’d add a thermogenic.

Eat yoghurt(diet) before the meals.Then you can eat apple, rye bread, grilled chicken, salad with very little Olive oil.you can have purslane and spinach.Cabbage soup will also help to loose weight.Also many vegetables like tomato, carrot,cucumber.And drink green tea before sleeping and before the breakfast.Prefer toasted bread.You can eat light cheese, too.

Supplements are not always the answer.. Increase the exercise, eat healthier food, eat the right foods… Do research about supplements and you will find horror stories..
